What this turns on
Both front doors were damaged. On the passenger side the hit landed on the hemmed trailing edge: rolled outward, creased into the lower rear corner, paint scraped to bare metal. What makes this worth writing down is what does not exist. Bare front door shells are effectively absent from the salvage network, which lists complete doors, and a search for a Tremor shell turns out to be the wrong search: the 2021-2025 F-150 front shell is one part across every trim but Raptor, and it is shared with the 2023-2025 Super Duty.

Why this option
The 2021-on F-150 door skin is aluminum, and the damage sits at the hem. Work-hardened aluminum at a bonded fold cracks rather than straightens, so a body-shop repair was ruled out before it was priced. A bare shell in the factory white was $550 a side, and the seller's willingness to put both on one pallet is what made the pair affordable: a single shell shipped alone was $899.99 landed, the pair came to $1,618.61 with tax.
Trade-offs
The listing carried no written description and the seller never defined what 'New other' meant, which is why the purchase stayed on eBay for the returns cover. Glass, regulators, latches, handles, harnesses and trim all transfer from the old doors. A bent door usually means the opening took load, so the aperture gets measured before each shell is hung. Cosmetics are deferred to next year's repaint; bare aluminum does not rust, so that is safe.

Where it currently stands
$2,000 for the pair before a 240-mile round trip, and the paint code was not listed, so Oxford White against Star White would have had to be confirmed in person. The bare shells landed for less than one of these doors.
