Won at auction, truck arrives

Won at auction for $21,000. Out the door — Copart fees, AutoBidMaster fees, and $1,200 towing included — the total came to about $24,500. Picked up two days after the auction closed, and the truck arrived the day after that.

This entry marks day one. Every inspection and repair decision that follows will be logged here and in the build list, in the order it actually happens — this truck is genuinely new to the project, not something that's been sitting around.
